Return Policy
We gladly accept returns. First, you must contact us and let us know that you intend to return a part. Please email accounting@RPMNW.BIZ. Please give the specific reason for your return and request a (RGA) Return Goods Authorization number. Second, write in large black letters the RGA number on the outside of the returned package along with a copy of the original invoice. Third, return the package(s) freight pre-paid to: RPM Northwest, LLC 204 Corrin Ave. NW #123 Orting, WA 98360 Note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Parts returned within 30 days from the invoice date are eligible for a refund. Returns after 30 days from the invoice date will only receive store credit. No returns after 90 days from the invoice date. Refunds will be given on parts only, not labor/installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, can not have been damaged or installed and must be in original condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee. Certain parts are not returnable: Wheels and tires that have been mounted and/or installed, electrical items and closeouts.

Warranty Policy
RPM Northwest, LLC guarantees the workmanship of our products sold for a period of 30 days from date of receipt. If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product. Should your product fail after 30 days please contact us and will assist you in submitting for claim with the manufacture. Product Pricing Policy Rock, Pavement, Mud Northwest, LLC and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However; Rock, Pavement, Mud Northwest, LLC does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
