Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Custom products are made to order and require additional lead-time for delivery. Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery. Free Shipping Specials: From time to time we may offer free freight or free shipping specials. This special is only offered to the contiguous 48 states and always excludes Hawaii, Alaska, any of the US territories or any location outside the contiguous 48 states. We will contact you with a revised freight total prior to shipping your order. Some shipping quotes are not accurate and will be recalculated manually. We will advise you of any additional shipping charges and ask for your approval. Some specialty order items or items shipped directly from the manufacturer may require longer lead-time depending on manufacturer's production schedule and location. We ship using UPS, FedEx and USPS. Some of our orders are sent from multiple locations and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box. All shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and you will only be charged one low delivery price. Common Carrier transportation may be required for domestic shipments which are oversized or overweight and need special handling. In these instances our delivery agent will contact you to schedule delivery. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are not at home at the agreed time of delivery, you may be charged a re-delivery fee equal to your shipping charge. Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days from date of placement. Orders being shipped direct from the manufacture may encounter a longer delay. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
